The Village Montessori Pre-School is located in St. Andrews National School, Edmundsbury, Lucan. We have purpose built rooms which are fully equipped with Montessori equipment.

Our aim is to create a warm, friendly atmosphere where children are encouraged to develop the child intellectually, emotionally, physically and socially.

The Village Montessori Pre School caters for children from 2 1/2 to 5 years of age. We pride ourselves on a child centred approach to teaching and are passionate about the Montessori Method.

At the Village Montessori children enter a prepared and ordered environment. The materials are kept

on low shelves and the children are given the freedom and responsibility of choosing their own work.

They learn to share and interact. successfully with their friends and teacher.

We offer 1 year and 2 year curriculum.

We operate an open door policy and encourage parent-teacher communication at all times.
